Diecast Solutions brings a unique solution to the world of tooling sourcing. Through our relationships both domestically and globally, one phone call to Diecast Solutions can bring you multiple quotes on your tools. We can handle basic quotes on existing tooling all the way to product development and design.

Diecast Solutions is not a broker. We work for both our principles and our potential customers. Your jobs are not randomly sourced to flood you with quotes. Your jobs are sourced with four hand selected tool shops in North America and four hand selected tool shops in China. Our solid foundation with our tooling shops means our customers get the best in design and quality at some of the most competitive pricing available. Diecast Solutions has delivered approximately 60 tools from our global sources over the last two years. That same number is matched by domestically delivered tools.

Our global sources adhere to strict die standards imposed by our customers and Diecast Solutions with regard to material and design. Your documentation is in standard measurements and these measurements are used to build the tool as well. This means you know what you are getting before it arrives. The tools are sampled to your specification, the samples are shipped to you for layout and correction, and the tools are shipped after all necessary corrections are made. Diecast Solutions handles all responsibility for delivery of a tool that will make you castings. We also handle all customs and duties to the port of your choice. Further tooling service, if necessary, is handled through our domestic shops.

In North America, our domestic shops have excelled in the recent business climate because they have chosen to invest in plant and equipment to make them more efficient. One of our shops most recently added on 30,000 square feet of production space to house new CNC equipment and to meet capacity requirements. Our domestic shops have very competitive pricing both in the US and globally.

David Thomas has 15 years of solid tooling experience including design, sales, and managerial responsibilities. Mark Schnur has 15 years of die casting equipment sales, automation equipment sales, and project management experience. Tom Price has 35 years of die casting equipment, management and project implementation experience. Dave, Mark and Tom all actively service the industry by taking leadership roles in NADCA ranging from local chapter chairmen positions to national positions on the NADCA Board of Governors, participation in Government Affairs in Washington DC, and national positions on education committees. Giving back to the industry is not a choice.
